HSE Manager

In particular, the resource will be responsible for the following activities:

• Verification of compliance with safety plans by contractors and subcontractors operating on site;

• Execution of auditing and inspection activities in the HSE/Safety area;

• Participation in Toolbox Meetings with companies operating on site;

• Monitoring of safety conditions and reporting any critical issues;

• Preparation of reports and communication of verification, control, and supervision activities to the Site Manager;

• Support for continuous improvement initiatives related to the site’s HSE performance.

With regard to the required profile, we are seeking a person with several years of experience gained on construction sites for industrial plants or similar projects.

as HSE Manager must have in addition the following:

• More Seniority and experience in the Role of HSE Manager in other Construction Site

• He has to deal with Client HSE Team / Management and attend the daily co-ordination meetings with the Erection Companies

• has to prepare HSE weekly / monthly reporting to Management and Client with HSE Statistics

• follow up Erection Companies Work Method Statements and Risk Analysis issuance for the various activities

The candidate may also be of non-Italian nationality, provided they are a citizen of a European Union country and able to obtain the A1 form for the work assignment in Sweden.

Knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Italian is considered a preferred requirement; however, if the candidate is a foreign national, proficiency in English alone may still be considered acceptable.

Cosa si offre (Trasparenza Retributiva - Direttiva UE)

Range retributivo: RAL indicativa compresa tra € 33.000 e € 35.000 lordi annui, definita sulla base dell'esperienza professionale, delle competenze tecniche, delle responsabilità associate al ruolo e dell'inquadramento contrattuale applicabile, secondo criteri oggettivi e neutri rispetto al genere.

La retribuzione sarà definita all'interno del range indicato sulla base dei requisiti e delle responsabilità della posizione.

In aggiunta alla retribuzione di inquadramento, potranno essere previsti trattamenti accessori connessi alla trasferta e/o alla mobilità, secondo le condizioni contrattuali, fiscali e organizzative applicabili al progetto.

Per la posizione è previsto un trattamento economico complessivo concordato in funzione delle modalità di impiego e delle condizioni di trasferta, nel rispetto della normativa vigente e delle policy aziendali.
