We are currently seeking two (2) highly skilled and experienced Offshore Insulators for an upcoming project on Saipem’s FPSO unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Insulation & Cladding: Execute the installation, maintenance, and removal of thermal, cryogenic, and acoustic insulation systems on piping, valves, vessels, and structural components.

• Material Preparation: Measure, cut, and fit insulation materials and protective metal cladding/jacketing according to project specifications and drawings.

• HSE Compliance: Adhere strictly to Saipem’s safety regulations, proper use of PPE, and offshore hazardous environment protocols.

• Quality Control: Ensure all insulation work meets quality standards to prevent corrosion under insulation (CUI) and ensure energy efficiency.

Mandatory Requirements

• Certified Insulator: Proven qualification or formal training as an Industrial Insulator / Lagger.

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an insulator on offshore oil & gas projects, specifically on FPSO or similar offshore vessels.

• Prior Saipem Project Experience is highly advantageous.

• Valid Offshore Certificates: BOSIET/FOET, CA-EBS, and a valid Offshore Medical Certificate (e.g., OGUK/ENG1).

• Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
