Location: Libya, OFFSHORE
Starting sate: April/May 2026
Duration of the Contract: 8/10 months with possible extension depending of project needs
Rotation: 28 days on site /28 days home leave ( including travel days)
Work Schedule: 12 hours/day – 7 days/week
Job Description
We are looking for experienced Electrical Commissioning Engineer to support offshore activities.
The selected candidates will be responsible for coordinating and managing commissioning activities in accordance with established procedures, ensuring safe and efficient execution across systems and subsystems.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and coordinate commissioning activities in line with project procedures and schedules
Ensure proper planning and execution of commissioning for areas, systems, and subsystems
Manage and follow up the Permit to Work (PTW) process in accordance with planned activities
Interface with construction, operations, and client representatives during commissioning phases
Supervise and monitor testing and commissioning activities
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all commissioning tests and results
Prepare and manage commissioning reports and handover documentation
Ensure compliance with HSE standards and project requireme
Requiremets
Proven experience in offshore commissioning activities
Strong background in commissioning, both execution and coordination/organization
Experience in managing commissioning procedures, systems, and documentation
Good knowledge of Permit to Work systems
Ability to interface effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams
Fluent English (mandatory)
BOSIET Certificate valid
Good computer skills (MS Office and reporting tools)
