Maintenance Package Lead

Work time: 12 hours / day - 7 days / week

Responsible for ensuring that a section of the facilities, layout and machinery used to produce new and existing materials and goods run to their maximum efficiency and output. This includes total preventative maintenance, managing breakdowns of mechanical, electrical and robotic equipment(including software programming). May includes people management andbudgetary/cost reporting.

Main tasks and responsibilities :

• Coordinate maintenance activities in accordance with the periodic maintenance, preventive maintenance, andemergency maintenance plans provided by the maintenance planner, based on equipment maintenance manuals,production requirements, and regulatory requirements;

• Prioritize maintenance tasks according to equipment criticality and the impact of failures;

• Create, assign, and track maintenance work orders in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)or work order system;

• Ensure timely closure of work orders upon completion of maintenance, record maintenance results, working hours,material consumption, outsourcing, etc., and accurately calculate maintenance costs;

• Monitor spare parts inventory in the maintenance package to ensure availability of critical spare parts and avoidshortages or excesses;

• Submit spare parts procurement applications based on maintenance needs and coordinate with the supply chaindepartment;

• Ensure special tools, testing equipment, etc., required for maintenance are complete and available;

• Organize and archive maintenance reports, inspection data, replacement part records, etc., to ensure compliancewith company standards and regulatory requirements (such as ISO, API, OSHA, etc.);

• Update equipment files, maintenance manuals, and reliability data based on maintenance results;

• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety, environmental protection, and industry specifications (such asoffshore facility safety management systems);

• Manage work permits, safety training, on-site access, etc., for external maintenance contractors;

• Arrange work assignments for the maintenance team (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, etc.) to ensure skillmatching;

• Participate in pre-maintenance safety analysis (such as JSA, Job Safety Analysis) to ensure risk control measures arein place;

• Assist in formulating maintenance-related emergency plans to ensure rapid response in emergency situations.
