WELDER - TIG
Offshore TIG Welder – Brazil (Inconel 625 Qualified)
We are seeking highly skilled Offshore TIG Welders for a project in Brazil. Due to strict project standards, we require candidates with recent, verifiable qualification records to avoid lengthy on-site re-qualification processes.
Role Overview
You will perform high-precision GTAW (TIG) and GMAW (MIG) welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel components (tubes and door assemblies). A primary focus of this role involves working with Inconel 625, requiring specific qualifications under ASME IX.

Candidates must be specifically qualified to weld Inconel 625 (PN 43 – FN 43). Per ASME IX standards, we are looking for:
Welders qualified in ER NiCrMo-3 (PN 43 – FN 43) OR Cu-Ni (PN 34 – FN 34).
Must be within valid diameter and thickness ranges using the same process and consumable type (rod).
Important: Qualifications in C-Mn steel or 316 Stainless Steel are not sufficient for Inconel 625 requirements.
Responsibilities
Read/interpret blueprints for tube and door assembly welding.
Weld and repair sub-components using GTAW and GMAW.
Ensure parts comply with drawing specifications and perform metal finishing/splatter cleaning.
Maintain expert knowledge of welding procedures and equipment.
