The Hook-up Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing the offshore hook-up scope for the Fenris platform. This includes ensuring readiness during the engineering and fabrication phases, coordinating resources, and leading offshore activities in alignment with project objectives for HSSE, schedule, cost, and quality.

Strategic Planning & Readiness

Develop and maintain the hook-up execution strategy, including philosophy, method statements, and detailed plans.

Ensure all offshore work is minimized through onshore readiness and prefabrication.

Prepare hook-up registers, material take-off lists, and logistics plans.

Execution Management

Lead offshore hook-up and ensure safe, efficient operations.

Coordinate with Completion Manager for seamless integration.

Resource & Logistics Coordination

Plan human resources and rotation schedules

Ensure all tools, equipment, and materials are staged at Verdal yard and ready for offshore mobilization.

HSSE Leadership

Implement client's zero-incident philosophy and barrier management principles.

Maintain emergency preparedness and compliance with HSSE standards.

Stakeholder Engagement

Liaise with engineering, commissioning, and operations teams to ensure alignment.

Report progress, risks, and mitigation measures to Project Management Team.
