HSE Manager Centro Italia

  • We are looking for a HSE Manager

  • At least 5 years of experiences in the HSE Management.

  • Required Knowledge of Italian and English languages.

  • Start of activities: January 2026

Resposibilities:

  • Identifies workplace hazards, assesses risks, and recommends preventive and protective measures.

  • Ensures compliance with safety laws and regulations, prepares the risk assessment document, manages personal protective equipment (PPE), and plans emergency procedures.

  • Organizes training sessions for employees to build a strong safety culture within the organization.

  • Monitors waste management, resource consumption, and the company’s environmental impact, promoting sustainable practices.

  • Conducts internal audits to ensure adherence to HSE procedures and prepares for external inspections.

  • Keeps up to date with national and international HSE regulations to ensure the company remains compliant.

  • Prepares reports on accidents, incidents, and non-conformities, and proposes corrective actions.
