Strong commitment to HSE standards, PTW procedures, and safe execution of work at height in high-risk offshore locations.
Technical Skills & Experience
Certified RAT Scaffolder
IRATA
Erection, modification, and dismantling of offshore scaffolding systems (tube & fitting, modular systems)
Reading and interpretation of scaffold drawings, method statements, and risk assessments
Inspection and tagging of scaffolding (Scaftag or equivalent systems)
Safe use of fall protection equipment (full body harness, lanyards, inertia reels)
Knowledge of offshore working-at-height regulations
Familiarity with PTW, LOTO, and toolbox talk procedures
Ability to work safely in confined spaces and exposed offshore conditions
Key Responsibilities
Erection, alteration, and dismantling of scaffolding structures according to approved drawings and procedures
Inspection and certification of scaffolds prior to use
Installation of guardrails, toe boards, access ladders, and platforms
Ensuring scaffolding complies with load requirements and offshore safety standards
Identification and correction of unsafe conditions and non-conformities
Completion and closure of scaffolding punch lists
Compliance with HSE policies, PTW, and offshore safety rules
Participation in toolbox talks and safety meetings
Support to construction and maintenance teams during offshore activities

Start date: ASAP
Location: Offshore – Brazil
Rotation: 45 days on / 45 days off
Working schedule: 12 hours/day, 7 days/week
Contract type: 6-month + 6-month extendable contract
